Hmm I have wondered for a while now how Nick has managed to cope with it all I was actually surprised he has staye das long as he has since the death of his wife so for me not unexpected at all. I actually think it shows his strengtht of character in that he has hung in there for so long and set up a capable CEO in his place and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
