I think John has done a fantastic job for Icon and his expertise have been perfect for Icon upto this stage.

We now have Icon moving to a Tungsten production company and the Board has appointed a very experienced person with expertise in Project management and mining commissioning and Mine Management.

This shows real Directors and is a complement to Shareholders that key employees are matched to the companys direction.
