The message here is in the timing. Bryan has been with us through some interesting and frustrating times (highs and lows). This announcement today tells me that a deal has been struck with a partner, and with the "effective date" for Bryan's retirement tells me that the incoming MD will be strategic....probably known by, or even currently involved with one of our strategic partners. Saddle up!
