As I see it, the new management is cleaning up the mess Heili left behind. Heili always overpromised and underdelivered.. I suppose the reason he had to leave is because, as a technical consultant, he did same until Bauk didn't buy it anymore.. You can't manage a company based on bad information.. Rubbish in is Rubbish out..

That's exactly why they need time to make a whole new thorough analysis.. A realistic bottom-up scenario that includes a learning curve when ramping up production. There will always be hiccups.. Heili obviously never took that into account..

As a result of that contracts and delivery schedules must be revised as well, which is where Coyne comes in.. The fact that he wants to do that (after he probably left frustrated), shows commitment, which I see as positive. He wouldn't do it if he thought the situation was hopeless.

They're getting the company back on track, which is something that should have done a long time ago.. Better late then never. Harrison probably blocked it by covering Heili.
