Stiffel bought almost 2,9M shares on 31st of March.. To them (and to me) a price to book value of 0,36 is a no-brainer for a company with zero debt. Share Price is about trust, and nobody trusted Heili anymore.. Too many lies.. Once trust is restored, Share Price will jump to book value (at least) within weeks i.m.o.
