    not replacing due to DD!!. What does that say??. IMO SP being held down to $0.88 or thereabouts for whatever reason. Could be a good buy for a $0.20 profit if takeover proceeds. Alt may have issues if DD does not complete for whatever reason as that could be seen as a negative - what a seemingly cr*p place to be in as a SH.
