I can understand the need to know that the new water pump has arrived and is installed, given RED's recent problems. But it's easy to understand why there is no announcement:
1. No one to announce -- GS is gone, new MD hasn't been hired, and chair is probably focused on hiring rather than announcing water pumps. The site manager probably wouldn't feel right about making market announcements.

2. The earlier update indicated that processing was occurring with existing equipment (including new 3rd power generator). So while the self-generated water pump will be an important addition to ensure a water-free extraction zone, the arrival and installation might not be considered newsworthy.
