Interesting that Steve Boston has resigned as a director before another has been appointed, it's usually not that hard to find a director for a junior. Whilst not agreeing with a lot of the decisions made by Boston I respect the fact that he built CYL up from nothing and worked for many years full time for the company for very little remuneration. I also respect that he never issued himself a cheap share or option or performance right during the 14 years he was involved with the company. Pity more directors don't treat their shareholders with respect like that.
