Sure, and plenty of people trade the volatility in stocks including this one. Sometimes they time it right, sometimes they don't. But it's a personal decision to buy, hold or sell and do it whenever they like. But it's been said that people (including insiders) sell stocks for many reasons but they buy stocks for one reason only... they expect them to go up.
