If ADO wants to avoid another CR at the end of the next two quarters then it has a few options.
1. Creative finance like your example.
2. Off load the short fall at 0.02 cents to a major partner or investor.
3. Sell an equity stake to a major partner.
Option 3 has been mentioned by David a few times and the Serum Institute of India would be a good fit IMO.
Whatever happens a CR would be the worst option to take.
