    The 2c shortfall shares are off the table. Theres $5M in 3.5c options with the first tranche close date being May 31. IMO they'll need Mercedes or Consumer Electronics1 to sign if these are to be, and stay, in the money.

    If they do sign Mercedes, then they would be able to do a small CR/placement at a fairly decent price.
