It would not have stopped the CR. 2024 Incentive had been received. No one will fund the next year until there is significant amount of activity expenditure already certified by the auditor.
perhaps you may like to underwrite the expenditure without proof. Not me.
The best thing to do is lodge asap after year end. Possibly beginning of August. This does not require auditor sign off.
