I agree with most of what you have said Vijay.

Ewen has provided that governance oversight, however he has allowed an overpaid CEO to avail himself of both a high salary and immense upside on his options with limited success and a trashing of shareholder value. For an organisation in early commercialisation stage only one of these is justified. If you are any good - you punt on your ability to drive success and take a moderate salary and the blue sky potential.

Katherine is on a large number of Boards and consultant committees so would only occasionally be focused on ADO. And as you state, is limited to some extinct by conflict of interest.

To my way of thinking there are two more to go - David, for failure to deliver, and secondly his appointee that has been missing in any forum or visible contribution since starting. Someone wrote in this forum that they believe she is working part-time on a hefty salary. That is financially unrealistic at this stage. We have also been paying Hawkesbury Group a substantial monthly fee - that needs to stop immediately.

We may experience a little pain now, however we do have good science with a focus on two massive marketplaces.

    Go ADO.
