    Hi Esteve,

    Agree with your points.
Some of our fellow shareholders may remember the question I put to Ewen Crouch at the AGM last November. It was along these lines: "Given the persistent slide in the share price over these last three years, the capital raisings at very low prices, and the continuing delays in achieving sales contracts despite the excellent scientific results our teams have produced, and given the Company's poor Investor Relations, what should be changed?" The response was essentially "nothing needs to change".

There is a clear difference of opinion between his view, and that of many shareholders whom I know or know of, and of many posters on these threads. Perhaps this was one reason for his decision, and it may also have been a reason for Katherine's decision. Fair enough, and we wish them well in their other endeavours.

So now we have a runway of fresh opportunities which will be determined in the weeks ahead.

In Shakespeare's classic play Hamlet, the watchman Bernado responds to being challenged with "who goes there?", with the second phrase of this common refrain, one that when in my primary school years I first encountered, made no sense. How could he live if he was dead already? "The King is dead! Long live the King!" Later I realised that this refrain found in other than English cultures, is simply an affirmation of stability. In those early years, turmoil was feared, as it brought increased lawlessness and death. Hence the phrase "Long live the King!" meant that all remained stable, and governed as usual. This is also pertinent to AnteoTech today, and there is good reason for optimism.

I wish the other non-executive Directors (Glenda, Geoff and Merrill), the best of thinking and diligence over these next weeks and months ahead; each has considerable skills, experience and competence. So we watch this space.
