The likes of Ewen, Katherine and David bought their reputations and experience to the board, which normally sparks some interest from the larger market. Not necessarily buying but puts the company in the spotlight with some bigger fish to see what their experience and reputations bring to the table in the way of progress and deals. But only for a finite period of time.
That time run out a good while ago. The market has spoken for a long time now on exactly how it viewed their reputations and progress. Zero interest.
Share price destroyed, very little funds, no deals and a CR looking almost certain. Good luck with a CR, the dilution will be massive. Sadly they're bailing when ADO future is looking extremely uncertain.
For the life of me I find it very hard to believe that any deals are close. There is just no way they would bail if that was the case. I'm thinking David might pull the pin as well shortly before he's pushed.
