I have attended many ADO AGM's and in my opinion we will not miss Ewen very much. He was always very clear to me in discussions he did not get involved in the day to day operations of the business. He just oversaw corporate governance and process , whatever value he provided in this department has now been added. he brought a blue chip mentality to a micro-cap stock . now time to release the handbrake.

Katherine will be a loss as he was highly credentialled and high calibre. That said , as a beauracrat who works with a huge amount of varied organisations accross corporates and government agencies , she would be at pains not to promote ADO and our interests with any of her connections to ensure she could not be accused of any " conflicts of interests" - hence she never bought any shares in ADO. She would have brought sound guidance but now we need directors who are invested and motivated to actively promote ADO to commercial success.

I expect to see a significant improvement in marketing and shareholder communication from now on.
