Higgo I'm not calling for only male board members, but calling out the appointment of a director just to fit some diversity goal.
I don't care if a director is male or female, as long as they are appointed on the basis of merit, not gender.
In any case this discussion is hardly relevant as FLC already has too many directors imo.
