    Couple points on this topic and it relates to the original question by skwrek on 1/04/2020.

    Is it the number of bodies or remuneration for these people too much for a company worth $190 million (arguably undervalued)

    4 Non-Executive Directors now, 1 chair, 1 Managing Director (CEO) and 1 Secretary. I'm sure there is some overhang from the merger back in 2017 by keeping both sides happy maybe.
