I'm surprised nobody has commented on this, so I'll stick my neck out to see if it gets chopped off.

I don't know what Peter Marks has brought to the table, but it seems he was duplicated by Paul Donnelly, both with expertise in arranging finance. Maybe Paul with his relationship with Macquarie is of more value in this respect.

I think it's a good thing to lose a director, 7 was far too many, I believe 6 is still too many. for a company of this size. As for the thought that "As part of the Board’s gender diversity objectives, Peter’s retirement allows for the potential appointment of a female director in the future." Excuse me?

If this board appoints a female director "As part of the Board’s gender diversity objectives", I'm outa here.
