You've almost reached self awareness mate. To go back to the point of 97% of pre primary teachers being women, what do you think the cause of that is?

Are men being stonewalled for those jobs, purely because they're men? Is the girl's club still well and truly alive in the teaching profession?

Obviously I'm being sarcastic here. Clearly it's because less men apply for those jobs.

Another fun fact: 99% of garbage collectors are male. Are the people hiring for garbage collection systematically oppressing the women who apply for those jobs? or do women just not apply?

Again, the answer is clear to anyone with a basis in reality
