    I am quite sure it is the ASX requirements that we need at least 2 resident directors in the company. We had Peter Marks and Paul Donnelly who are Australian residents while Ross Kennedy is the company secretary.
    There is a need to replace Peter with an Australian resident.

    The current board comprises a heavy bias on tech knowledge based entrepreneurs. What I see lacking is the marketing and perhaps with political connection (in addition to Ron) to help guild the company through the political red tapes of the first world nations.
