Totally agree, Women have been on the receiving end of sexism since forever, now the boots on the other foot people are calling it out.Until the numbers are evened up somewhat, it will appear as sexism, how else do you achieve diversity?Old white males are doing such a fantastic job of running everything ATM...We need to think outside the square, until promoting women isn't considered thinking outside the square we are losing!
