You can make mistakes in many areas of business and get a hand slap for it, but you can't be caught out making mistakes or telling porkies while you are shopping for money from investors, overseas or not. The investors and their brokers will slap you harder than any regulator will.

The opening of trading for DTZ will be interesting for sure. Damage control needed now folks and protect capital is the #1 rule in investing.
