Based on the recent Business and Trading Update, the main reason for the 3+ months trading halt was concerns raised by the ASX that development of Dotz diagnostic technology is a material change to the nature of Dotz business (Listing Rules 11.1.2-3).
It seems that Dotz proved that this is not the case and the ASX confirmed that Rules 11.1.2 and 11.1.3 do not apply.
Based on the above, Dotz should be back and trading soon (fingers crossed)
