I would put no value on the nickel tenement.
All the buying was for the lithium. But look at the map and it doesn't look great. The pegmatites are spread out. Rivers, lakes, roads, rail, villages, all between there. Where will they find 20mt +++. Old mines mean nothing anymore. Different times in Europe. All those old mines are overgrown with vegetation now.
Looking toward one of those old mines and pegmatites. Where will you drill? Gonna build a mine here?
