Actually no, the Australian Institution of Mining and Metallurgy are JORC. The ASX is merely a commercially listed company that is misinterpreting its purpose and the nature of the business that it applies to.
Anyway, it's not a problem, and ultimately has no bearing on the assay results from the final two holes of this program or those from any of the preceding ones, all of which are due shortly. But it is a waste of management time and energy and has obviously caused some unnecessary confusion and doubt here and in the market. A nitpicking and unwarranted impediment to progress in my opinion.
