Meh.. I really think we should let the players in this deal the cards they want to deal... if Toxic Bob thinks his reputation has been damaged even more than his drug dealing, or pollution history, then he is free to let the courts decide... the media might have a field day with playing on that "tarnished" angle however... sometimes it's better to just leave it be.
As for the comparison... fair point, the company has other facets ... but I am not sure that will get much in court either.
If there is something incorrect in the tables presented, I am sure CLQ will ask for them to be corrected. Personally.. I think both company's have a bright future.
Company's compare themselves to other company's all the time... they always use stats that show things in the best light for themselves... obviously.
