What became a new play VEC or CXU?
Difference between VEC and CXU is incomparable.
VEC = 2.14 Billion shares on issue with top20 only holding 35% of shares with 25mill$ market cap
CXU= 343 million shares on issue with top20 holding 86% of shares with 8.5mil$ market cap
CXU has one of the biggest Uranium deposits in Aus ready to mine using ISR method with a quoted resource estimate that is economically viable at current prices. Only problem is WA has not given the approval to allow mining of uranium but when and if it does surely will rerate SP accordingly. CXU been waiting 2 years for this approval. I am only taking a punt as SP is so low with not much shares on issue and mainly held by top20. Also the acquisition of the Victorian gold project compels me more. But what do i know about resource stocks.. not much but when i see something i like I will take a position.
