As shown time and time again, the ASX have been missing in action and have no explanation for why they haven't taken any meaningful action. A letter here and there with no follow up is just not good enough and now they are as much to blame for letting this drag on as the company themselves.
Do shareholders have to start a class action against the ASX or ASIC for negligence to get them to take notice?
