Agreed. It is good to see ASX do their job.

The EUR Board's performance shares are attached to the DFS release, and so hence most likely requested DRA to provide similar report as was in April 2022 to tick a box, as the DFS is not yet ready for release.

The announcement lack explanation (how was the figure calculated) but has a conclusive NPV. Nonetheless, as some have stated the $US1.5B figure is out of the bag.

What this shows to me is everyone is anxious and waiting on DFS/BFS, and everything is reliant on it. Pressure is on and palpable... and personally, I like it.

this morning announcement was a trick to fool Sizzle shareholders

FYI, they changed their performance shares measurement by using merger's fairness opinion report, not the DFS. The voting for this change is on this January AGM. January to end of March is not that long. if they were confident that the DFS can be delivered in Q1 CY2023 why would they wanted to adopt the valuation from merger ?
