ASX should make SP hurdles for issuance of performance shares or options illegal under their listing rules - it would prevent exactly this scenario - make the shares vest on profit targets or number of PAID subscriptions in a 6 month time etc.

The problem is that Shareholders vote on these resolutions and management tend to butter up major Shareholders to ensure these get passed 0r mum and dad holders don't read/understand the details.
