    Absolutely spot on, better action for ASX to do in setting a proper regulatory framework rather than 'after-the-fact' witch hunt they're doing. But they would say shareholders voted for it so that would be unnecessary regulation. The little holders always end up at the wrong end of the stick. Seems like a crisis of sorts happening now in ASX - GSW/BIG/MYQ/BUD/BLA/CIO and am sure more I am not aware of.
