If they really want to turn this crisis into opportunity, make an offer at $8 to take this private. All buyers in the past year would be made whole and would probably be happy at this point to take the liquidity. I would be sad to say goodbye to the triple digit growth but would probably take it as there is plenty to do in these markets. Even the EZ guys might take it since they have a growing business to fund. It would be the steal of a lifetime for Lev.
