The last time something was brewing behind the scenes the board of POW had no idea.

They only found out via shareholders questioning them.

That was the DST Co Ltd's dealings with Margaret Lake Diamonds, a deal that has still not been fully explained to shareholders and I don't think any of the key requirements to seal the deal have been met even though the timeframe has well and truly elapsed, even allowing for the first extension.
