user23 - AVQ owns 80% of AVQKB... in much to same way as Nickelasia owns 60% of Rio Tuba Nickel Mining Corp or 10% of Coral Bay Nickel Corp, or where I work RIO owns ~60%... doesn't change the economics of the operation... or increase the running costs, just means AVQ own 80%. Not sure the relevance of that comment to your first sentence - you seem hell bent on adding that comment (what you think is a negative) where you can. Think of what that partnership means and the complications other businesses in the region have had without that level of partnership and perhaps you will stop trying to put a negative flavourto the whole 80% ownership.
