It is just saying,
"hey don't take these numbers as true until we confirm them because we might not be able to"
Likely due to legal ramifications, some lawyer had some time over the week to re-read it and went.... We will be on the hook if we don't clear it up.
Overall I'm not impressed with whats gone on recently, but still holding
