I’ve been wondering about this, haven’t bother asking Bruce because I’m sure he wouldn’t comment on it as it would possibly preempt laboratory assays.
It can definitely be done on pegmatites, I’m just not so sure about brine. Possibly they could crystallise it (I.e Bunsen to evaporate) and then on that. It seems plausible.
Once all the DFS, upgrade etc is out of the way I’m keen to go chat to Bruce on my next trip in a few months and understand the processes a bit more seeing as it shouldn’t be sensitive at that point. It’s very interesting.
