To be honest, I think every thinking person would have already figured out that they'd need new cash before they could do any serious work on site. I don't think they need it for a few months, though. And anyway, they'd have no hope of raising at 5c at present. To enable that they'll have to get some pretty good news out first. With sound management and cooperation from the Slovenian Govt they could really make something of this venture - but they need both things.
