Petbra, excellent post. This smells to me like ASX and ASIC have been caught up in some intellectual debate and the graphite miners have lost. I will be interested to see if other eg SYR are also forced into a retraction of any type. Key for me is that Hengda deal remains alive. With disclosure rules as they are I take it the deal isn't effected. I would still expect plenty of nervous sellers tomorrow on open, plenty have been looking for an excuse. I will be buying more on any panic selling. My view remains the same stock price will be substantially higher in 12 to 18 months time.
