Daveg, is that a compliment or a kick up the backside?

Only call it as I see it but my mates definitely call me an optimist ........

However in this case I think management are right. History will prove they do have the 20 mil tons & ASIC & the ASX are being bureaucratic & dogmatic in their interpretations by forcing them to retract a technical assessment signed off by competent persons. Kilbaran had exactly the same dispute 12 months ago & also had to retract.

Thankfully Lamboo is further advanced, thanks to management's planning, & will proceed towards merger & production without needing to re-issue the scoping study.

But that is only my opinion.
