I’m still very confused about what happened this last week.

As far as I can tell the news was only positive, the confusion of the TH and the retraction just spooked everyone?

Am I wrong? Was the news actually negative? It doesn’t read to me like the company is looking for a cash raise?

Not looking for up-ramping or down-ramping, just solid opinions on what actually has occurred.
