Good to see that the statement was required to be retracted.It was clearly false.The attempted takeover will be a good read and example of how not to proceed with a TO of a company unders a SID.Read the SID and determine its restrictions then proceed promptly.The major shareholders were approached far too late in the process.The current BOD will have to live with denying the shareholders an oppurtunity to accept the alternate proposal from WGX.
