Looks like the Chairman did read my 9/11/21 email to the Chair & MD (no he has not replied to date) stating amongst other things that this particular statement was incorrect and that the question was never considered by either the Takeover Panel, ASIC or The Courts. They were never required to consider the question. If the GCY Board had pulled their finger out and actually notified everyone via the ASX Platform that the GCY bid was Superior then it would have most likely been considered by the Takeover Panel. The GCY Board however only bothered to make that decision "public" after the Takeover Panel had knocked the review on the head. Likewise GCY and/or WGX never raised it with the Courts when the deal was rubber stamped.

I asked for accountability and to date the MD has gone, and so he should, but he should not be the only casualty. Mr Chairman, you should be next.
