I think it's more comparative valuation potential based on the fundamentals.

Should it be included in the report?

I don't see the harm in showing what it could "Potentially" be worth one day, because not all investors have a good idea or understanding of what they are investing in most of the time, you see this when people have 10+ stocks in their portfolios, might as well pin the tail on the donkey, so at least it is a way to get the information to them easier.
