i suspect that the true value, given that Crusoe have been studying ir for clearly more than 6 months , and are interested in signing a long term offtake agreement and to cosite their data centres on KDP ground means that the sites are more likely worth $500,000 per 100 MW ….
And in a world where more is better, having 1700 MW of potential adds on another premium
$500k per 100 MW with 1700 MW of projects would equate to 31 cents per share based on current shares on issue.
