20 April 2020 – Holista CollTech (HCT, “Holista”) announced today thatPath-Away®, a plant-based active ingredient for its alcohol-free hand sanitiser called Natshield™ sold in international markets, has been tested by a leading U.K. bio-safety laboratory to be more than 99.99% effective against the feline coronavirus, a surrogate of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

A twitter post was made today by the Company’s newly appointed media and investor relations consultants which contained the absence of a key word, which has resulted in a misleading and incorrect statement with respect to the announcement Holista lodged on ASX this morning, failing to include the words “surrogate” with respect to the tests performed.

made due to internal miscommunication and reiteratesPath-Away® has been tested by a leading U.K. bio-safety laboratory to be more than 99.99% effective against the feline coronavirus, a surrogate of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

The Company retracts all statements made by Ms Maguire in this twitter post and investors should not rely on the retracted information for their investment decision.The company will endeavour to make sure the that the term “surrogate of Covid-19” is kept in all its future communications. Ms. Maguire’s tweet has also been deleted.
