Seems they "Fudged" -- slightly --- over exaggerated the companies position---
Managed to get some targeted investors -- interested -- based on the Fudge.
Then whilst completing the Credit Raise and preparing the announcement ---
(after it was too late) -- Apologized -- re market penetration --
This is a New Playbook maneuver -- that even the Old board and Team --- would have been proud of ...
