Are they? Going from zero product to manufacturing a product, getting approval, and so forth is a timely process. HCT on the other hand have manufacturers as part of their supply chain already, all that is required is expedition of manufacturing in response to this pandemic. I'm certain they've expedited manufacturing orders.

As per their ASX report 20 Feb 2020 Holista Partners GICC to Co-Develop Nasal Sanitising Balm for Global Markets, HTC stated that they are collaborating with three Philippine bottling companies for the NatShield Sanitiser. I think this is good for a number of reasons;

1. Close proximity to high population ASEAN countries,
2. Likely lower production costs, coupled with lower transportation costs,
3. Faster delivery to regions adjacent to ground zero.

Additionally, in the same report there is mention of GICC developing equipment and processes to deploy Path-Away to buildings (airports, hospitals, schools, factories, cruise ships... perhaps?). HCT make a statement that they will be presenting this technology in the Asia Pacific Region (excluding China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan).
