Given the Company is almost certainly releasing new shares into the market via the Controlled Placement Facility (raising capital) it will be very interesting to see whether the 'investing parties' have a case for being 'materially mislead' as to the claims they 'invested' (different again to purchased shares on market - though similar)?

Almost certain 99% of hot air gamblers here won't know what any of that means but a flagging it now as a story to unfold...
