its such a legalistic technicality that you cant refer to a 12 month old scoping study. nickel price increase is bullish, extended nickel deposit is crazy bullish for the project but you cant say so because analysis of cost inputs are out of date 12 months?
they can retract as they are forced to, but the merits of the project have improved exactly where you would want.
